Probation and restitution fines for criminal mischief

CANYON CITY – A man was convicted on a criminal mischief charge recently, according to the Grant County Circuit Court. Dakoda Keith Cazier, 27, pleaded guilty to one count of Criminal Mischief in the First Degree, committed on or about February 2nd of last year.
Cazier was sentenced to 12 months on Supervised Probation and ordered to pay 8 cents short of $1,300 in restitution, according to court documents. No information was released regarding the criminal mischief incident.
