Harney County-Burns Interagency Fire Zone Fire Prevention Technician Shyanne Slate spoke about the fire restrictions that are going into place starting Wednesday, July 19, 2023 for all BLM lands.
Shyanne Stated that they Fire Prevention Team is leaving for an assignment in the Arizona/New Mexico area. They work with those areas in creating prevention plans.
Shyanne also spoke about how Burns Interagency Fire Zone educates 4th graders with the program Every Kids Outdoors
