R3 and Miller Springs Project takes place in Burns

Burns-Nick Green spoke about the R3 and Miller Springs Project that is happening in Burns. R3 has received $11.5 million dollars and business/homeowners can apply for a grant/loan.
The Miller Springs Project is a housing project that is set to break ground in November 2023 to start phase 1 and building 250 homes.
