Prairie City’s new councilor is Ed Clark

PRAIRIE CITY – Prairie City Mayor Scott Officer was on KJDY’s Coffee Time Wednesday, catching listeners up on things happening in Prairie City. Mayor Officer said former City Councilor Chase Bloom resigned once he became the District Forest Service Ranger, and a new city councilor has been selected:
“Ed Clark, longtime Prairie City resident, submitted an application. It came down to a tiebreaker vote at last council [meeting]. Ed was voted in and [I’m] happy to see him on the council. He’ll be at his first council meeting this next week.”
