Probable Wolf Depredation in Wallowa County

WALLOWA COUNTY – (Information from the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife) ODFW investigated a probable wolf depredation in Wallowa County on June 14. The incident occurred on private land near the City of Lostine and resulted in the death of a single ram. The depredation has not been attributed to any packs at this time, with the determination currently listed as “other.”
