Jail time for criminal mischief

CANYON CITY – A man has been sentenced to jail time on a mischief charge, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Martin Robert Easterday, 41, was found guilty of Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree.
Easterday was sentenced to 4 days in jail, placed on Supervised Probation for 12 months, and ordered to pay a total of $600 in fees and fines. One count was disposed with no conviction.
