Jail time for woman in DV, mischief case

CANYON CITY – A woman will spend jail time on domestic violence charges and more, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Jessica Anne Shawn Thomas, 39, pleaded guilty to Assault in the Fourth Degree—Constituting Domestic Violence; Resisting Arrest; Harassment; and Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.
Thomas was sentenced to a total of 140 days in jail to be served consecutively with charges from another case and placed on Supervised Probation for 24 months. One count was disposed with no conviction.
