Grant County Fairgrounds seeking community volunteers

JOHN DAY – Grant County Fairgrounds Manager Mindy Winegar was on KJDY’s Coffee Time here recently and put out a call for volunteers to help out with the Grant County Fair and Rodeo this year:
“We always have room for volunteers. I just got the link ready for that, it will go out this week. It will be on our social media pages, our website pages to volunteer.
You know, again, we have gates at the rodeo. There’s always garbage and bathrooms…then when we get to fair, we have the information booth and we have gates…”
