Enterprise Resident Arrested on Encouraging Child Sex Abuse Charges

ENTERPRISE – On May 1, 2023, the Wallowa County Sheriff’s Office issued a press log that included a case of an Enterprise resident being arrested on April 29 for charges of Encouraging Child Sex Abuse. The log reads as follows:

“Kindra Dawn Peterson (37) of Enterprise was arrested on a Wallowa County Warrant for Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse in the First Degree (10 Counts).”

According to the Oregon Judicial Department’s online database, all ten counts are dated from 06/05/2022. At the time of writing, Peterson was listed in the Umatilla County Jail roster with a bail set at $100,000. No photo of Peterson has been officially released to the public, but the roster, at the time of this report, does provide the following description:
