Sheriff appreciates community support

CANYON CITY – Grant County Sheriff Todd McKinley was on KJDY’s Coffee Time recently and made mention that he and his deputies appreciate those in the local community who support his department:
“Community-wise, I appreciate all of the support we’ve been getting. It helps us. I thank the people that reached out during Law Enforcement Appreciation Week, it was a huge boost to our deputies. It means a lot that people actually care and that makes them feel like they’re actually doing something good.”
