Hines-Hines City Administrator Kirby Letham spoke about the Master Grant Parks Plan and funding to hire a planner to look at the city parks and look at improving them and upgrading them. the second item spoke about was the Homelessness Ordinance and how they are working with the City of Burns to create a plan. Lastly spoke about the sewer line extension and needing a committee.
