Mary Ann Meisner Earns Leadership on Main Award

LA GRANDE – (Release from Oregon Parks and Recreation) In it’s 2022 annual report, Oregon Main Street awarded Mary Ann Miesner, President of La Grande Mainstreet Downtown, the Leadership on Main Award. As described by Oregon State Parks, Miesner is a La Grande native and founding Member of La Grande Mainstreet Downtown. She has served in a variety of organizational and leadership positions both within Mainstreet and the La Grande community as a whole, including city council and Beer Fest, and has been responsible for helming countless community events over the years.

In addition to Miesner, two local businesses also received recognition from Oregon Mainstreet. Congratulations to Brickyard lanes for earning the Outstanding Special Project award and The Local for earning the Best Adaptive Reuse award.
