WALLA WALLA – The city of Walla Walla’s annual resident satisfaction survey is arriving now in mailboxes. The city asks randomly-selected residents their thoughts on a variety of topics including city services, performance of local government, and priorities for the upcoming year.
A total of 2,000 surveys are sent to households within Walla Walla city limits – 500 in each of the city’s four wards. The survey is provided in English and Spanish. Completed surveys may be returned by mail using the provided prepaid envelope.
Walla Walla residents who are not randomly selected to receive a survey are invited to provide their input by completing an online survey at https://www.cobaltcommunityresearch.org/wallawalla.html. (Enter “none” in the text field where users are prompted to enter a survey ID number). Results will be processed and completed in February 2023.
The data collected through these surveys is reviewed and used by the city for assessment and planning purposes but is not included in the statistically valid reports.
