ODOT Construction Update: I-84 Meacham to Spring Creek

MEACHAM – (Release from the Oregon Department of Transportation)
Work on I-84 from MP 241.0 to MP 248.5:
This week the contractor will start the process of replacing the center concrete barrier. Once the contractor has removed the old barrier and prior to installing the new barrier, they will mill out the old asphalt under the old barrier and replace it with fresh asphalt.
The contractor will also continue to place permanent striping throughout the week.
There will be delivery trucks entering and exiting the work zone into traffic, so please use caution when driving through.
All on and off ramps at the Mt Emily Interchange will be open to the public.
The speed limit remains reduced to 50 MPH through the work zone.
