LA GRANDE – (Release from the City of La Grande) You are cordially invited to participate in our Halloween Trick or Treat Downtown on October 31st from 4 to 6:30 PM located in the middle of Adams Avenue. Attached in an application to be returned to La Grande Main Street Downtown at 102 Depot Street, La Grande, OR. If you would like to participate, please compete the application below:

On October 31, 2022, the streets will be closed to traffic on Adams from 3rd to Greenwood and cross-streets for La Grande Main Street Downtown’s Halloween Safe Trick or Treat from 4 – 6:30 pm.
Registration is required of everyone located outside the closed street section who wishes to have a booth or trunk display for this event. For all downtown businesses, LGMSD members and all non-profit organizations, participation in this event is free. For businesses located outside the downtown area who are NOT a LGMSD member, there will be a $25 fee to help cover promotional costs. Please make checks payable to LGMSD.
All participants must arrive and be set up by 3:45 p.m. on October 31. The streets will be closed until 6:30 p.m. when the event ends, and by 7 p.m. Adams Ave will with a fee if applicable. Positions will be assigned by LGMSD staff prior to the event.
