WEST RICHLAND – Police are asking the public for any information regarding an armed robbery that occurred Tuesday about 6:30 a.m. in a home on the 300 block of North 69th Avenue.
The suspect, described to be a white male, wearing a mask and black clothing, entered the victim’s bedroom and pointed a gun to his head. The suspect told the victim to give him all his valuables and then tied the victim’s legs prior to running out the front door.
The victim was able to untie his legs and run to the front door. The suspect was seen getting into a black Honda Civic and sped off. The victim was quickly able to call 911 but the suspect was gone from the location when law enforcement arrived.
The victim was not hurt in this burglary and there are no suspects at this time. West Richland police would appreciate any information anyone might have regarding this case as it is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information can call 509-628-0333, reference case 22-7766.
