Union County Fair Talent Search winners

LA GRANDE – The Union County Fair has started in La Grande and after 2 years without the Talent Search, 12 people were excited to show off their talents and compete for a chance win a prize on Wednesday evening. This year there is no statewide talent show in which local winners participate.

The prizes were divided into 3 age groups: ages 5-9, ages 10-17, and ages 18+. In each age group the First prize winner received $100, Second received $50, and Third received $25. Each prize winner will also receive a pair of tickets to Roaring Springs Water Park in Meridian, Idaho. The winners are listed below:

Ages 5-9:

1^st Prize: Darren Stewart – Singing

Ages 10-17:

1^st Prize: Austin Kuiper

2^nd Prize: Carleigh Radke

3^rd Prize: Rosie Winn

Ages 18+:

1^st Prize: Donovan Durfee

2^nd Prize: Katie Rolf

3^rd Prize: Lucy Gilchrist

The Union County Fair will last through Saturday Night, August 6th.
