Alleged child sex abusers nabbed in Texas

WALLA WALLA – A couple wanted in Walla Walla County on several charges of alleged child sex crimes has been arrested in Brownsville, Texas on outstanding warrants. Both are awaiting extradition back to Walla Walla County.
Jesse C. DeLarosa, 56, is charged with three counts of indecent liberties, one count of rape of child and four counts of child molestation. All felonies. The alleged abuse involved several children he knew and occurred between 2004 and 2017 in Walla Walla.
His wife, Tamara L. DeLarosa, 53, was also arrested for allegedly helping in the sexual assaults and his flight from apprehension. According to court documents, she also attempted to intimidate and tamper with witnesses in this criminal matter by mailing them letters. She is charged with first-degree rendering criminal assistance and tampering with a witness, both felonies.
