Union County man arrested on multiple felonies

Union County – (Information from City of La Grande Press Briefing Log) 35-year-old Ricky Leroy Potter II, of Union County, was arrested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office over the weekend for Attempt to Elude – Vehicle and Foot, Reckless Driving, Criminal Trespass II, Criminal Mischief II, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Hit and Run Property. Potter was also arrested on two warrants; Oregon State Parole Board Warrant, original charge Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Attempt to Elude Police- Vehicle; Coos Bay FTA warrant original charges Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, Reckless Driving, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Unlawful Possession of Meth, Attempt to commit a class A misdemeanor and Felon in Possession of a Restricted Weapon.
