Silas Carter announced as a recipient of a $1,000 scholarship from Auto Ranch Foundation

BAKER CITY – Silas Carter from Baker City has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Auto Ranch Foundation.

The Auto Ranch Foundation, Inc. is dedicated to helping youth in the rural communities of Southwest Idaho and Eastern Oregon to attend a post-secondary institution and to succeed in furthering their educational and career goals.

Silas will continue his education at Colorado Mesa University.
