“If you haven’t entered, then you haven’t won!” Publishers Clearing House Scam making the rounds

UNION COUNTY – (Information from the Union County Sheriff’s Office) The Publisher’s Clearing House scam is making its way around to Union County again. We would just like to remind everyone that if you didn’t enter the Publisher’s Clearing House Sweepstakes you haven’t won anything. They would never just randomly call someone and tell them they won without the person having entered. Also, they will NEVER ask you to send them money, or gift cards to claim your winnings. The person calling is very persuasive and insistent but don’t fall for it. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
