Man sentenced to prison on firearm charge

CANYON CITY – A man will spend time in prison on a firearms charge, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Levi Westley Albert Fine, 27, pleaded guilty to Felon in Possession of a Firearm. On that charge, Fine was sentenced to incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections for 19 months and placed on post-prison supervision for 24 months.
Fine also pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person and was sentenced to 180 days in the county jail. Both sentences will be spent concurrently with sentencing from a case in Wallowa County Circuit Court. Two charges were disposed with no conviction.
