HARNEY AND MALHEUR COUNTIES -(Advisory, in its entirety, issued by NOAA)
* What: Southwest to west winds around 30 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH expected.
* Where: In Oregon, Harney county and Malheur county. In Idaho, Owyhee mountains.
* When: From 10 AM MST /9 AM PST/ to 5 PM MST /4 PM PST/ Friday.
* Impacts: Gusty winds could blow unsecured objects around.
Travel will be difficult for high-profile vehicles.
Precautionary/preparedness actions…Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
