BAKER COUNTY – Snowy conditions made it impossible for an ambulance to respond to a call for medical assistance in the Whitney Valley Monday evening. According to information from the Baker County Sheriff’s Office, due to the ambulance not being able to respond, Baker County Search and Rescue was deployed to assist the Powder Valley Rural Fire Department and Baker City Fire and Rescue.
This is another great example of teamwork between local agencies in Baker County
