* What: Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, except up to 5 inches over the mountains. Winds gusting as high as 35 MPH.
* Where: Portions of northeast and southeast Oregon and southwest Idaho.
* When: Heaviest snow from 3 PM MST /2 PM PST/ Wednesday to 2 AM MST /1 AM PST/ Thursday.
* Impacts: Travel could be very difficult.
