UPDATE — Benton County Coroner William Leach identified the deceased adult male Thursday as Theodore Williams, 37. Leach said Williams has family who lives in the Hermiston area. An autopsy was done Wednesday and Leach said he would have a final report in six weeks or so.

PLYMOUTH – A deceased adult male was found Tuesday morning by law enforcement near the railroad tracks around Interstate 82 and Highway 14 near the Oregon-Washington border, east of Plymouth.
According to Detective Patrick Tomren with the Benton County Sheriff’s Office, a male from the Hermiston area has been identified and the coroner’s office is working on completing family notifications.
Detectives believe the man may have been riding a train through the area.
