Downtown Street will be closed for parade

LA GRANDE – The La Grande Police Department is reminding motorist the downtown area of Adams Avenue between Hemlock Street and 4th Street will be closed this Thursday. The closure is due to the Veterans Day Parade on Thursday from 11 am to 12 pm. At that time expect some congestion in that area and plan to use an alternate route.
