COLLEGE PLACE – The College Place Police Department, with the assistance of the Walla Walla Regional SWAT team, arrested three people after warrants were served at two separate residences Thursday.

The warrants were for four people and evidence in connection to charges of kidnapping, assault, robbery, and harassment of two Walla Walla residents a little over a week ago, according to CPPD Public Information Officer Dylan Schmick.

Billy Jo Dynes, 28, and Brian Rosenkranz, 42, both of College Place, were arrested without incident on the 200 block of SE 11th Street. A third suspect, Arthur Waldon, 32, was arrested at a second residence on the 1000 block of Puff Lane. An arrest warrant for a fourth suspect is still active.

Schmick said the victims involved in the kidnapping were allegedly held against their will, threatened with guns, and assaulted. After being held captive for several hours, the two victims were taken into the county by vehicle and eventually dropped off in separate remote locations. All three suspects were booked into the Walla Walla County Jail pending arraignment.
