WALLA WALLA – The 21-year-old man charged with two counts of first-degree assault after allegedly shooting two men early Tuesday morning posted $100,000 bail bond Wednesday and ordered to electronic home detention and monitoring.
Arraignment is set for Aug. 2 in Walla Walla County Superior Court for Miguel Angel Ferrusca of Walla Walla.
He allegedly shot two men, Ernesto Moreno Madrigal, 26, and Julian D. Saldana, 20, around 12:30 a.m. on the 200 block of Tausick Way.
Ferrusca allegedly confronted the two men who had gone to the area to pick up a woman. According to the police report, when the two men arrived, Ferrusca asked them to get off the property and began shooting.
Madrigal and Saldana were both injured and were able to leave the area and flag down an ambulance near Second Avenue and Rose Street. Their condition has not been released.
