Two are arrested on warrants, one remains at large

WALLA WALLA – Walla Walla Police and the Walla Walla Regional SWAT team served a search warrant on the 200 block of Malcolm Street Tuesday night that resulted in two people being taken into custody.
As an officer arrived at the location, Elliot Barnes, 36, took off running but was immediately captured and taken into custody on several warrants. Also taken into custody was Troy Hays, 26, who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
Officers were also looking for Josie Royce, 27, who currently has several warrants for her arrest, but was not at the address at the time the warrant was served.
