BAKER CITY – (๐๐ฏ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ท๐ช๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ฃ๐บ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐๐ช๐ต๐บ ๐๐ฐ๐ญ๐ช๐ค๐ฆ ๐๐ฆ๐ฑ๐ข๐ณ๐ต๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต) On July 12, 2021, in the mid-afternoon, officers with the Baker City Police Department responded to a โroad rageโ incident in the 3300 block of Birch Street, Baker City, Oregon, where one party ended up pointing a firearm at the other party and his family. While enroute, officers, to include deputies with the Baker County Sheriffโs Office, were given a description of the vehicle and suspects involved in the incident. Deputies found the suspect vehicle on 17th Street near Settlerโs Park and conducted a traffic stop. Two adult males, and one juvenile female were detained.
The investigation revealed that Mr. Caleb Mansuetti, a 19-year-old male from Baker City Oregon, was the driver of the suspect vehicle and pointed a 9mm Smith and Wesson handgun at Jordan Hynek of Baker City, and his family and then sped off, driving recklessly away from the area.

The other adult male in the vehicle, Mr. Ethan Luebberke, 19-year-old male from Baker City, was interviewed and released from the scene. The juvenile female was released to her mother. The investigation is ongoing and other charges may be filed at a later date.
