Warrant arrest leads to felony charges

MILTON-FREEWATER – Rodolfo Rivera Ceja, 38, of Milton-Freewater is facing felony drug charges in addition to a parole violation. Milton-Freewater Police Department officers found Ceja driving a vehicle and stopped to arrest him.
Subsequent to his arrest, officers found approximately a half pound of a white crystalline substance which tested presumptively positive for the presence of methamphetamine. He is now facing charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, as well as unlawful delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school.
His bail is set at $510,000.
