PENDLETON – The Pendleton School District Board of Directors is holding two meetings this evening. The first, at 5:45 p.m., involves approving a budget for the new fiscal year. The second is the regularly scheduled board meeting at 6 p.m.
The 2021-2022 budget, which goes into effect July 1 has a general fund of $44,750,000. There’s almost $10 million in the special revenue fund. The total budget is over $60 million.
During the regular meeting, the board will discuss policy changes, enrollment, and human resources. At the end of the meeting the board will meet in executive session to evaluate the work of Superintendent Chris Fritsch, which occurs annually.
