Man jailed on domestic violence charges

CANYON CITY, OR – A man will spend time in jail on domestic violence charges, according to Grant County Circuit Court Documents. David Wayne Kreger, 28, pleaded guilty to Harassment and Assault in the Fourth Degree—both Constituting Domestic Violence; as well as one count of Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree. Kreger has been sentenced to 15 days in jail, placed on Supervised Probation for 18 months, and ordered to pay a $300 fine. Three other counts were disposed with no conviction.
