COLLEGE PLACE – The city of College Place has called a special meeting to interview five people who have applied to fill the vacant seat on the College Place City Council. The meeting is this afternoon at 4:30.

Alphabetically by last name, the candidates are Monica Boyle, Lonnie Croft, James Foster, Paul Jessup, and Nadine Stecklein.  There will be a random drawing to determine the order for the interviews.

At the end of the interviews, the city council will move to an executive session to evaluate the qualifications. The council can either choose to adjourn or return to an open session to announce a decision. There will be no further interviews or decision until the council is meeting in public.

The meeting is streamed on the College Place YouTube channel. It can also be attended via Zoom at  https://zoom.us/j/92594322650.
