Davis primarily treated patients for attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity. The allegations stem from both patients and the parents of patients.

His trial se expected to take place in June. The Washington Department of Health stressed that the doctor in question is Scott Owen Davis, as there are many licensed health professionals named Scott Davis.
