UPDATE: Teens reported as runaways have been located

UPDATE: According to the Baker City Police Department both teens have been located.

13-year-old Keisha LaMere of Baker City has been reported as a runaway to the Baker City Police Department. Details on LaMere can be found on the flyer below.
