60 days in jail following Grant County probation violation

CANYON CITY – A man will spend a couple more months in jail on a probation violation charge, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Nicholas Paul Gibson was found guilty of violating three separate conditions of his probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. The hearing was on Tuesday, April 8th, 2025.
