GRANT COUNTY – (Press Release from Community Counseling Solutions)
The Grant County Health Department is saddened to report the fourth COVID-19 related death in Grant County. The individual was a 87 year-old female with underlying medical conditions that resided in the Grant County area. She died in Bend at a medical facility on March 23, 2021. We encourage everyone to be respectful as a family in our community grieves. Grant County was not made aware of her death until today.
This death will show up on the OHA COVID database sometime between today and early next week.
We continue to encourage all residents to take the following precautions.
After someone contracts COVID-19, if they develop symptoms, they will usually appear within 14 days. Symptoms include:
