CANYON CITY – It will be jail time and more for a man convicted on a driving charge in the Grant County Circuit Court. According to court documents, Darius Jamshid Tadjiki, 48, pleaded guilty to Criminal Driving While Suspended or Revoked. As a result, Tadjiki was sentenced to 45 days in jail, placed on Bench Probation for 12 months, ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, and his driver’s license is suspended for 90 days.
The incident was committed in May of last year.
