PENDLETON – Four Blue Mountain Community College students have been named to the 2026 All-Oregon Academic Team. Stephanie Tipton of Pilot Rock, and Katheryn Gomez, Roy Jones, and Noah Brunette, all of Pendleton received the honor.
The All-Oregon Academic Team is a recognition of the top community college students across the state for their academic achievements, leadership qualities, and service to their communities. Of the four, Tipton and Gomez attended the official recognition event last month.
“These students represent the very best of what community colleges are designed to do,” BMCC President Mark Browning said. “They’ve balanced responsibilities, pushed through challenges, and committed themselves to their education in a way that will continue to shape their futures, and the communities they come from.”
More information abut the team is available at All-Oregon Academic Team – Oregon Community College Association.
