21st Street closure planned for tomorrow, La Grande.

LA GRANDE (Notice from La Grande Public Works) 21st Street from Cove Avenue to East L Avenue will be closed tomorrow (Thursday, August 20, 2026) for placement of a fog seal on the roadway. The closure is currently anticipated to last from 10 am to 12 pm but may be extended if work does not progress as expected.

Please avoid the area during the closure as no access on 21st Street is available during the placement and curing of the fog seal. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Public Works as (541) 962-1325.
