LA GRANDE – (Information from Soroptimist International of La Grande) Soroptimist International of La Grande (SILG) is thrilled to announce the 2026 educational scholarship awardees, shining a spotlight on the incredible academic achievements of young women in our community!

Gerry Braseth-Palmer Memorial Medical Scholarship, $5000 – Brianna Brown

Senior University Student Scholarship, $5000 – Samantha Wise

Continuing Education, University or Community College Scholarship, $2500 – Dylann Justice

Graduating High School Student, Trade/Vocational School Scholarship, $2500 – Sayge Johnson

$2500 – Maylie Eby
$1200 – Elizabeth Carpenter
$1200 – Elizabeth “Ellie” Turley
