2 arrested in Baker City following OSP traffic stop

BAKER CITY — Two people were arrested in Baker County following a traffic stop recently, according to information from the Oregon State Police.  An OSP Fish and Wildlife Trooper had stopped a vehicle in Baker City on a traffic violation. A female passenger, who initially provided police with a false name and later was identified as Lilyane Mae Carr, 20, of Haines, was found to have an active arrest warrant. Carr was cited and released for Contempt of Court and for giving false information to a police officer.

A male passenger identified as Dylin Martin Hugley was found to be on probation and was in violation of a no contact order with another passenger in the vehicle. A detainer was issued for Hugley’s arrest, and he was lodged in the Baker County Jail for Probation Violation. The arrests occurred on July 27th.
