17th-Ranked Mountaineers Rout Warriors on the road

LA GRANDE – In what was the first ever dual match-up between Eastern Oregon and Corban in women’s wrestling, the 17th-ranked Mountaineers routed the Warriors, 34-9, last week on the road. With the victory, No. 17 EOU concludes the regular season with a 5-5 overall dual record and a 1-2 mark against CCC opponents.
The Mountaineers will now turn their focus to the postseason as they get ready for the 2022 CCC Championships. This year’s conference championships will take place Feb. 27 and will be hosted by University of Providence.
