160 Local High Schoolers Discover Their Future on EOU’s Campus

LA GRANDE – (Information from Eastern Oregon University) Eastern Oregon University recently shared the outcome of some campus outreach. On Thursday, May 4 Over 160 students from five Eastern Oregon High Schools visited EOU’s campus for the Discover Your Future event. Students toured residence halls, classrooms and other areas of campus to gauge their interest in the University. The climax of the tour included a live music performance by EOU students.
Attending schools included Baker High School, Baker Charter High School, Dayville School, Umatilla High School, and Elgin High School. A similar event was also held on April 25 and involved a slightly smaller group of 142 students.
