Man Arrested After Exposing Himself to Toddler

LA GRANDE — On Monday, October 31, 2022, at 12:35pm, the La Grande Police Department (LGPD) was contacted about a male subject who had exposed his genitals to a 3-year-old boy inside Blue Mountain Laundry in La Grande. 

Officers responded immediately but the male subject has left prior to their arrival.  Officers were able to watch security video footage, which confirmed the male subject had pulled his genitals from his pants and proceeded to fondle himself in front of the child while getting the child’s attention. 

According to LGPD, “through the video, officers were able to identify the male suspect as Daniel Breshears who they then located next door at Grande Ronde Fitness.”

Breshears was arrested on the following charges:

•Public Indecency

•Disorderly Conduct II

•Endangering the Welfare of a Minor

•Parole and Probation detention warrant 

This case was turned over to the LGPD Detective Division for further investigation.
