120 hours in jail for domestic assault, menacing

CANYON CITY – A man will spend a few days in jail on domestic violence charges, according to Grant County Court documents. Ronald Leigh McNurlin, 32, pleaded guilty to Assault in the Fourth Degree—Constituting Domestic Violence as well as Menacing—Constituting Domestic Violence.

McNurlin was sentenced to a total of 120 hours in jail with 18 months on Bench Probation. He was ordered to pay a fine of $200. One count was disposed with no conviction.
