100 days in Grant County jail for theft, PV

CANYON CITY – Grant County Circuit Court documents show that it will be several months in jail for a Grant County woman, guilty of theft and violating her probation. Staci Renee Hoffman, 32, pleaded guilty in Grant County Circuit court to one count of Theft in the Third Degree, committed on or around January 20th of this year. Hoffman was also found in violation of five different conditions of her probation.
As a result, Hoffman was sentenced to a total of 100 days in jail, with credit for time served since the most recent arrest. The guilty plea on the theft charge was entered on March 7th.
