RV lost in fire on Long Creek Mountain

LONG CREEK – On the morning of Thursday, November 6th, emergency personnel in Grant County responded to a forest road just off Highway 395B on Long Creek Mountain for a recreation vehicle fire.

Sheriff McKinley was at the scene and informed our news team that there were no injuries involved. According to scanner traffic, crews responded to the incident on Forest Service Road 3970, about 200 yards from the intersection with 395B. The motor home is considered a total loss. A cause of the fire has not been released. Pictures were provided by Grant County Sheriff Todd McKinley.
